RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Vertex180, we want you to feel confident when you order from us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- the item must be returned in its original packaging when possible
- the item must not be damaged, altered, or installed
- proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- items that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery
- clearance, final sale, or closeout items
- items marked as non-returnable
- any item returned in a condition that prevents resale

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items
If you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue quickly.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Shipping charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or an approved damaged/defective item claim.

Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. If you need a different item, the fastest option is usually to place a new order and contact us regarding the original order.
